Pre-Listing Home Inspection

A pre-listing inspection is a type of home inspection that is conducted before a home is put on the market for sale. The purpose of a pre-listing inspection is to identify any issues or defects with the home that may need to be addressed before it is listed, in order to make the home more attractive to potential buyers and to avoid any surprises during the sales process.

Final Home Inspection

A final home inspection for a new build home is typically conducted just before the final walk-through and closing of the sale. This inspection is designed to ensure that the home has been completed according to the agreed-upon specifications, that all systems and components are functioning as intended, and that there are no major issues or defects that would prevent the buyer from taking possession of the home.

11 Month Warranty Inspection

This inspection is conducted approximately 11 months after the buyer has moved into their newly constructed home and typically takes place just before the builder’s warranty expires.

The 11-month warranty inspection is designed to identify any issues or defects that may have been missed during the initial construction process, as well as any issues that may have arisen as a result of normal wear and tear.

Insurance Inspection Services

Insurance inspections are an important part of the property insurance process in Florida, helping to ensure that homes are safe, secure, and prepared to withstand the state’s unique weather and environmental conditions.  These inspections are often required when obtaining or renewing insurance for a property.

4-Point Inspections: $175

When you purchase an older home in Florida, insurance companies will often require a 4 Point Inspection to be performed before obtaining a homeowners policy. These limited scope inspections are not intended to replace a comprehensive home inspection. 4 Point Inspections gives the insurance company a better idea of the home they’re insuring.

Bundle with Wind Mitigation and save $100

Wind Mitigation Inspections: $150

Wind mitigation inspections are visual examinations of your roof and its construction. Unlike the typical home inspection, wind mitigation inspections concentrate on your roof. As a result, someone must be present to allow the inspector access to the attic and view underside of the roof.
